The Dance of Disorder (Fluctuations of Entropy)

George Clooney飾演一個需要在美國各地解雇員工的人力資源的資遣專家Ryan Bingham 。他需要經常搭飛機出差，大部分的時間都在搭飛機、飯店投宿，成為他工作及生活的主要型態。George Cloney這個超級帥哥的主軸，搭配一位年輕俐落的菜鳥Natalie Keener (Anna Kendrick飾演)、一位優雅熟女Alex Goran(Vera Farmiga飾演) 來探討二個議題和省思：
A>高科技替代性的省思及節省成本提高效率的思維是否高於一切。
B>看似成功華麗的漂泊人生下潛藏的空虛。
主軸清楚明確，二個普遍常見也有深入空間的議題，架構出動人的情節，加上許多小場景的點綴，以簡要緊湊的結奏敘述。內容、型態都讓我很喜歡。

劇中Ryan形容他的工作是：
We are here to make limbo tolerable，(我們是來叫他們入地獄的)
to ferry wounded souls across the river of dread，(運送受傷的靈魂渡過恐懼的河流)
until the point where hope is dimly visible. (到一個幾乎沒有希望的地方)
And then stop the boat , (停下船)

本片的Heartbreaking Dialogue:當Mr. Empty Backpack喬治克隆尼終於試著要將固定的關係放進他所隱喻的「背包」中，而突然造訪芝加哥，尋訪出差途中偶遇，從相談甚歡而一夜情，而多次相會，而意外而成為異地情人的美熟女(Vera Farmiga飾)時。開門的她竟是二個孩子的媽，身後還傳來男主人在問訪客是誰，Vera Farmiga答：一個迷路的人！然後匆匆關上門。
稍後，二人通話。這位空背包先生George Clooney嘗試要放入人生包包以建立固定關係的Vera Farmiga竟說：You are an escape. You're a break from our normal lives. You're a parenthesis.
