P.S. I Love You前半段和後半段結尾的場景都在New York，而中間有接近半個小時的場景是拉到愛爾蘭的Wicklow Country拍攝。Wicklow是愛爾蘭都柏林南邊的鄉間，有很多電影都來此取景【看這裡】。在愛爾蘭Wicklow的這段劇情中，描述熱情、幽默風趣又衝動的男主角Gerry ( Gerard Butler 飾演)和女主角Holly(Hilary Swank飾)的相遇初識。在Pub駐唱的Gerry，唱了這首很有愛爾蘭特色的民歌The Galway Girl獻給初識的Holly。
Gerry生前還留信給Holly，計畫在他(因腦瘤)過世後的某個時間，安排Holly再次造訪兩人初次相遇也是Gerry美麗的家鄉Wicklow。
當傷心的Holly舊地重遊，和同行友人來到Pub；在友人鼓動下和Pub帥哥主唱搭訕(應是是Gerry的策畫。因為2名同行友人都有收到Gerry留在屋裡的信，唯獨沒留給Holly的信)。隨即這名Pub帥哥主唱上台，和Gerry當年一樣，將這首The Galway Girl獻給從美國來的客人。只是，不在人世的Gerry在也不能為她而唱了，令Holly不由又想起深愛的丈夫和在Wicklow的相遇相戀。
